RETURNS

BiIKINI box offers refunds on all returns that fall within our return guidelines. We except returns within 14 business days of your order's delivery date. All items must be unused, unworn & in original condition with its original hang tag, sanitary strip, and packaging. There are no exceptions. Please contact us at ShopBIKINIbox@gmail.com before shipping back your items.

 

All return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 To return:

 

1. Email us at ShopBIKINIbox@gmail.com. State your order number and which item(s) you are contacting us about.

 

2. We will issue you a return # to reference. Once provided with a return #, please mail your return to the provided address.

 

Please note, we do not provide prepaid return labels or refund you original shipping cost. We recommend shipping via USPS Priority.

 

3. Once received, we will process your return within 3-5 business days. A Credit memo will be issued to you via email.

 

Please note: All return items must be unused and undamaged with its original hang tag and sanitary strip.
